Privacy and your inquiry

This page explains what happens to the information you share through the Lunde Web Co. inquiry form.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, business name, service of interest, and project description. Your current website is optional. It also creates a submission identifier and records the submission time. Please leave out passwords, financial details, and other sensitive information.

How your details are used

Your information is used to review and respond to your project inquiry and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or create a paid agreement. The form currently saves your inquiry for review; it does not send an automatic email confirmation.

Where information is handled

The website and inquiry storage use Cloudflare infrastructure. A notification containing your inquiry is emailed to the site owner’s Google Workspace inbox. Temporary email failures are retried while your inquiry remains saved. Inquiry records are accessible through protected management tools, not a public directory.

Fonts and analytics

Fonts are served with this website. Lunde Web Co. has not added advertising pixels or a separate visitor analytics service. The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the website.

Questions and requests

Inquiry records remain stored until the site owner removes them. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email hello@lundewebco.com or use the inquiry form with the email address used for your original request and its reference number, if available. Identity may need to be verified before a request is acted on. Avoid including the original project details again.

Service providers may also handle information under their own terms and policies. This notice will be updated when the site’s contact methods or data practices change.
